Arrival Details
Check-in is anytime after 2pm for the Woolshed Accommodation and also the Studio.
The Woolshed Accommodation has a secure lock box located at the front entrance of the Woolshed beside and to the right of the top step.
The Studio has a secure lock box beside the front door.
Prior to your arrival we will email you with a specific lock box code.
The lock box contains a key for the front door and can be used throughout your stay for secure key storage and access to the Woolshed. The key must be returned to the lock box upon entry and on your departure.
The same applies to the Studio.
Check-out Details
Check-out is 10am for the Woolshed Accommodation and also the Studio.
Should our Guests require special timetabling then please contact the Hosts directly via their email.
Rates:
All rates are quoted in $NZ on a per night basis and include GST of 15%.
All reservations are to be pre-paid via our on-line booking system.
You will receive an automated receipt of your payment.
Should your plans change for any reason, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Reservations:
Age: You must be 18 years or over.
For instant confirmation please reserve and make the payment via our website or alternatively contact us directly.
Pisa View Accommodation and it’s Staff retain the right to refuse accommodation at any time. During special events, additional terms and conditions may apply. Our cancellation policy is also subject to change during these times.
Errors and Omissions
Any reservation made on the online booking website is made at your own risk. As you are entering information directly into the reservations system, all information entered by you will be assumed to be correct and final. Any errors or omissions will be the responsibility of the person entering any information into our online system. Pisa View Accommodation will not be held responsible nor will they accept any financial liability for any errors or omissions in the information provided. Pisa View Accommodation and Staff accept no responsibility for personal accidents, injury suffered or loss or damage to personal property while on our property. We recommend that all guests hold travel insurance.
Smoking
We have a strict NO Smoking, Vaping or E-cigarettes policy inside and outside of all our rooms of our properties for the enjoyment and comfort of all our guests.
Damage and Cleaning
In the event of any damage or where additional extra cleaning is required beyond the normal wear & tear or use, during your stay with us, an additional charge may be incurred.
Excessive Noise
For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests we have a strict no party policy. Any noisy gatherings or excessive noise likely to disturb our guests may result in an immediate request to vacate your rooms.
Child Policy
The Woolshed accommodation is suitable for children over the age of 5 years old as long as they are accompanied by their caregivers and family.
The Studio is not suitable for persons under the age of 18 years.
Pet Policy
For your comfort and that of other guests, Pisa View Accommodation has a no pets policy within the property, including car-park areas. Should we discover a pet has been staying, the room will require a special clean as some of our guests have allergies to animals, and a fee of $200 will be applied. Please respect this policy.
Charging Bike Batteries
Due to safety reasons, we have a strict policy of only charging E-Bike batteries in the laundry area in the Woolshed Accommodation. Please do not charge your battery inside any other rooms in the Woolshed.
Privacy Policy
The Pisa View Accommodation experience is an accommodation provider located in Bannockburn, Central Otago, New Zealand.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared amongst individuals nor be distributed to any third-party without your consent. Credit card details entered are securely encrypted and all payments processed on this website is done through a certified PCI compliant payment gateway using STRIPE.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Where you cancel a pre-paid booking we will give you a refund (less a NZ$5.00 cancellation fee) if you cancel before 6pm on the day before arrival.
There will be no refund to you for the first night if you cancel after 6pm on the day before arrival. However, we will fully refund you for subsequent nights.
Bookings made on the day of arrival are non-refundable for the first night if you cancel.
To amend any booking a NZ$5.00 fee applies per transaction. Any amendments to your date of arrival cannot be made on the day you are due to arrive. This will be treated as a same day cancellation meaning no refund. A cancellation fee of NZ$5.00 also applies.
If there is a no show the cancellation policy will take effect. There will be no refund for the first night booked and also no refund for any subsequent nights booked that you do not cancel.
If the cancellation is due to Covid 19 or Government issued travel bans, which impacts on your ability to travel, we will refund your payment.
Any refunds will be processed back to the NZ bank account or credit card account originally charged.
We are also happy to transfer to new dates if preferred.
If your booking is a block booking in the Woolshed Accommodation, or you are booking the Studio for 3 or more days, there will be no refund unless we are able to resell the accommodation.
